Requirement for Sr. Executive - Customer Delight-- Contact Immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION



Sr. Executive -  Customer Delight:
·         Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within the time limits; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
·         Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
·         Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
·         Handle technical queries.
·         Preparing and sharing reports with client.

Skills Required:
·         Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
·         Excellent communication.
·         Knowledge on MS tools.
·         Technically good.

Note:  For email campaign HTML coding and designing knowledge with hands on experience
              is a must.
